We've improved our conditional action tile by adding environment sensitive capabilities. You can now send viewers down different paths based on known device data, such as preferred language, device family, OS, and more.
First, build out multiple flows or even just different opening clips based on the different variations you'd like viewers to see. Then drag in a Conditional action tile to the area right before the variations begin and connect the conditional to those various clips. Keep in mind that you can't start a video project with a conditional action tile, so you'll need to include a short video as the starting point (as shown below):
You'll notice that you have a warning exclamation point at the top right of the conditional tile; this is because we haven't set conditions for when viewers would be sent down each path. Click the Edit action link on the conditional tile to set those conditions.
For this project, I want to send viewers down different paths based on the preferred language that is set on their device (for this example, English, French or Spanish). I'll have my default branch go to the English version. To set conditions for the other two branches, click the Add Conditions button, select Preferred Language in the first dropdown, and search for the language in the second dropdown.
Once you set the conditions for each branch and publish your project, viewers will automatically be sent down one of these 3 paths based on their preferred language connected to their device.
